This medium-ester, all-molasses beauty is open-air fermented and distilled on a pot still, then aged to perfection in ex-Bourbon barrels under the tropical sun before being bottled in the Empire State. This 8YO delivers the notes of tropical fruit and clove, topped with a sprinkle of leather and baking spice — all without any additional sugar, color, or flavors. At a mighty 61% ABV, it might need a splash of water to crack it open and reveal its full potential.
