KTM produced the fantastic 790/890 Adventure, but used the same flawed method for attaching a very heavy headlight assembly onto small, weak frame posts that are breaking already.

TripleClamp Moto introduces the only product on the market that reinforces the headlight mount posts to mitigate frame breakage with TWO bolts on each side, fixing it to the frame of the bike and preventing it from rotating around its mount point.

HeadStraight fixes it, without the need to weld the posts back on. 

It easily supports the headlight assembly, independent of broken posts. The extra hardware kit that we send you at extra cost includes correct size bolts and nylon lock-nuts to attach the headlight's plastic panels to the HeadStraight. You will need access to the inside of the headlight panels through the removal of headlight and some panels.
