Note: this is the black steel oil pan not the silver aluminum pan. Please compare with your old engine oil pan to prevent delays on your project.
Direct replacement for all K20A, K20A2 and K20Z1 engines. Plus K20A3, K24A1, K24A4 engines which originally had a steel oil pan. May fit other hybrid applications where an RSX Type-S oil pump is used.

* When switching to a steel oil pan you can purchase a flywheel cover (Inspection Cover) from Honda, part number 21351-PNA-000.
* Does NOT fit with K20Z3 Engine with OEM oil pump
