Our intercooler features impressive net dimensions of 640 mm x 410 mm x 65 mm, providing an expanded external charge air volume of 17 liters compared to the factory 9 liters. This means more air, more power and impressive acceleration for your Golf 7 GTI.

Our specially developed Competition high-performance mesh (Tube Fine) ensures optimal airflow to adjacent components like the water cooler. Despite its size, our intercooler is surprisingly light at only 8.9 kg. The cast aluminium end boxes were created in the CAD system and optimised using CFD simulations to ensure optimum internal airflow. An integrated air guide in the end box ensures even filling of the Competition high-performance mesh.

The intercooler's inlets and outlets have been expanded to an impressive Ø 70 mm, and our kit includes reinforced silicone hoses to handle the increased airflow. Compared to the factory intercooler, our intercooler offers significantly less back pressure, resulting in improved performance. All of our intercoolers feature an anti-corrosion coating with excellent heat conduction properties. This guarantees a durable and optimal cooling performance for a constant increase in power.
