Hibiki Japanese Harmony 100th Anniversary Limited Edition Design 70cl

A bottle of Hibiki Japanese Harmony Suntory Whisky produced in Japan. This was released to celebrate Suntory’s philosophy of living in harmony with people and nature. The bottle design features a bridge with the traditional Japanese art of Setsugekka – snow, moon and flowers to showcase the passing of seasons. The bridge is a connection to each of the four seasons connecting our past and future, in the hope that tradition and history won’t be forgotten.

This is a blend of Japanese malt and grain whiskies including Chita, Hakushu and Yamazaki. It is presented in a 24-faceted bottle to represent the 24 seasons of the traditional Japanese calendar

This edition pays tribute with a unique design to the House of Suntory, which brings Monozukuri craftsmanship to life and establishes it as part of Japanese culture. This limited bottle series is a celebration of Suntory's milestone. The design consists of a bridge with the traditional Japanese art of Setsugekka (snow, moon and flowers) to show the passing of the seasons. The design surrounds the bottle with 24 facets, representing the 24 hours of the day and the 24 seasons of the year.

Tasting notes Hibiki Japanese Harmony Centenario

Color: Golden

Nose: Vibrant, with top notes of sage, ripe green apple and hints of ripe pineapple.

Palate: Smoke that reveals layers of herbaceous notes, grapefruit and acacia honey.

Finish: Cleaner smoke that lingers with notes of fresh green citrus.
