Very easy to use

This professional meat slicer is very easy to use. On the side, you will find the on and off button. You can operate the lever with one hand, while you catch the meat with the other. Since you are working with food, the slicer should be cleaned and disinfected properly after each use. The cutting board and the blade are detachable and can be cleaned with soapy water and a mild detergent. Use a wet sponge and some detergent to clean the rest of the appliance.
