The Fontana Mangiafuoco gas wood fired pizza oven is a beautiful design, offering high quality and high performance. It features a large 60×80 cm cooking chamber and is manufactured almost entirely from 304 grade stainless steel. With this oven, you can finally cook your pizzas to perfection!

The Fontana Hybrid Rosso Mangiafuoco Gas & Wood Pizza Oven combines the convenience of gas firing with the traditional flavour of wood. It comes with a wood-holder plate, fire tool, 304 grade stainless steel flue pipe with adjustable smoke exit valve & chimney top, and a cooking chamber door.

The Mangiafuoco is available in three eye-catching finishes: Anthracite, Stainless Steel, and Rosso.

The fire floor surface boasts high-quality refractory chamotte, certified for food use. The internal structure is also crafted from high-grade 304 stainless steel, while the external surface features electro-galvanized steel treated with high-temperature paint for maximum resistance to heat and weather elements.

Temperature stability and heat retention are achieved through high-performance natural rock wool insulation, ensuring that the external surface of the oven does not become too hot, allowing you to cook your pizzas to perfection.
