When using a navigation system or another device on the motorcycle, the question arises of how to achieve a permanent power supply. You can route a cable directly from the battery to the cockpit area, but this is laborious and time-consuming. Additionally, this type of power supply must be secured by a fuse. Furthermore, the battery will quickly drain if you forget to turn off the device itself after turning off the ignition.

Our QUICK CONNECT cable set offers a professional, secure solution. It is plugged in plug & play with pre-assembled connectors to the original BMW connection points of the DIN or USB socket on the rear side and smartly integrated into the power supply of the onboard network. The connection cable of the device is then connected to the QUICK CONNECT cable set using the standard quick connectors included in the mounting kit. Done!

With this solution, the power supply is automatically interrupted when the motorcycle's ignition is turned off, so the battery cannot drain unnoticed. The protection (max. 5 A) is provided by the onboard network. And, the DIN and USB sockets remain free for the use of additional consumers!
