Dosage:

Take about the size of a pea (300mg to 500mg), dissolve in warm water and drink on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast! To increase energy, it is recommended to add a teaspoon of honey and a clove of garlic cut into small pieces, then drink the shilajit solution. Do not chew the garlic, just swallow it with the shilajit solution. Golden Shilajit is beneficial for detoxification of the body, so it is important to drink plenty of water.
