Guy Falzarano, Government and Legislative Chair

Gaetano (Guy) T. Falzarano is the Founder, President and CEO of Rainbow Academy Franchise Company, LLC, serving in this capacity since inception in January of 2011. Since 2001 Guy served as the President and CEO of Rainbow Academy Associates, LLC, an entity responsible for the management of all of the Rainbow Academy Child Care Centers and its affiliates. Despite a difficult economy, his vision and leadership has made 2009 - 2011 the best years in the history of Rainbow Academy. Currently Guy is Chairman of the Board for Rainbow Academy Franchise company, LLC.

Guy is the Founder and President of the Rainbow Academy Foundation, a 501c non-profit that helps keep parents connected with their children in our local communities. Guy is an advocate for families in need throughout the childcare industry in New Jersey. In 2011 Guy was granted the honor of serving on the New Jersey Preschool Sub-Committee advising Governor Chris Christie on educational reform. Guy is currently the Vice President of Governmental Affairs working on behalf fo the NJ Child Care Association, a non-profit organization representing over 4,300 licensed centers in New Jersey and is dedicated to providing professional development, support, and guidance to childcare centers throughout the state.
