Thank you for your support of the New Jersey Child Care Association (NJCCA)!
We appreciate how hard you have worked to establish a quality program meeting all of the needs of the families whom you serve, and we applaud you for providing a necessary service in your community. We are facing many issues in our field including how to win the battle on the post-COVID recovery of our business, the state- wide staffing shortage, the implications of rising minimum wage on our businesses and the continued struggle to promote high quality PRIVATE early care and education.  The more members we have, the stronger our voice!

A large part of NJCCA’s mission is to promote opportunities of continuing education through conferences, workshops and webinars.  We sincerely hope that you can join us and take advantage of one of the benefits of being an NJCCA member.
